Pam is a get it done, no matter what it takes kind of person. With the 1,000th Chili’s opening in Dallas, TX, it was critical that the location include Chili’s trademark 3-D pepper. City ordinance did not allow for the pepper. Pam took the challenge getting the city ordinance (in a city of 2 million) re-written so that the 1,000th Chili’s opened with the trademark pepper.
